Nell’ambito di un processo di continua evoluzione e adozione di queste tecnologie presso le nostre realtà clienti, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Service Manager, figura che supervisioni l’implementazione dei servizi offerti. La figura richiesta deve garantire che i servizi siano erogati in modo efficace, efficiente e soddisfacente, monitorando a valle dell’implementazione che funzionino in modo corretto, contribuendo così al successo complessivo dell'organizzazione. La figura sarà inoltre il punto di contatto principale con il cliente per la gestione delle richieste (ticket), delle segnalazioni e delle analisi di performance al fine di garantire un alto livello di soddisfazione. È inoltre richiesta forte diligenza e precisione nella archiviazione della documentazione di progetto.…
