La figura viene attivata su progetti o servizi in corso che, durante la loro fase di implementazione o delivery, presentino criticità rilevanti rispetto agli obiettivi operativi e qualitativi o nella gestione contrattuale e della relazione con il cliente. Avrà l’obiettivo di riportare il progetto alle condizioni di qualità operativa attese e di recuperare la soddisfazione del cliente, assumendo temporaneamente la leadership operativa del perimetro e mettendo in campo le azioni necessarie alla sua stabilizzazione.…
