Mission/Objectives The mission of this role, in strict partnership with the regional HSE Team, is to deploy in the factory the global and regional programs promoting safe behaviors and best working practices, proactively shaping them according to the local needs and opportunities. General Description of the Role Reporting solid line to the Plant Director and dotted line to the Regional HSE Manager - EMEA, actively contributes to lead the HSE function locally and to spread the HSE principles among the factory, progressively switching from a “reactive” to a “proactive excellence” mode in managing HSE.
