All'interno dell'area di business Automation stiamo ricercando un/a Service Manager per la nostra sede di Genova. In qualità di IPT Leader della commessa di assistenza e manutenzione, il Service Manager è coinvolto nell’iniziativa commerciale, contribuendo ad analizzare la sostenibilità degli impegni ed a valutare il livello di rischio della commessa di service già in fase di proposal, si interfaccia con il cliente finale per la gestione degli impegni contrattuali di garanzia e post-garanzia, in stretto coordinamento con le altre funzioni aziendali coinvolte (proposal & sales, project manager di fornitura, assistenza post-vendita), definisce e mantiene aggiornato il programma dell’iniziativa di progetto/servizio a lui assegnata, prende in carico ed amministra il budget dell’iniziativa…
