What you'll be doing As our Finance Operations Specialist, you’ll be the person who ensures the smooth daily operativity of the finance team, owning a broad set of operational processes, from reconciliations to month-end close, and making them more efficient through automation. Here's what that looks like in practice: - Finance Operations Ownership - Run and continuously improve the team’s day-to-day operational processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with internal controls. - Reconciliation - Own bank, payment-provider and ledger reconciliations end to end: match transactions, investigate breaks and make sure balances are accurate and explained at every month-end close.…
