Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Resource Management Officer (RMO) and the direct supervision of the Resource Management Specialist, the Finance Associate will be responsible and accountable for supporting the unit's financial operations, budget monitoring, accounting processes, and financial reporting in accordance with IOM policies and procedures. Assist in managing financial resources by monitoring and controlling assets, reserves, funds, supplies, etc. in accordance with IOM rules and regulations. Assist in preparing annual budget submission including estimating staff cost as well as rental and utilities, office equipment and supplies, printing, and other contracts, services or running expenses, to include in the budget.…
