The successful candidate will work on a wide range of high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a 360 degree approach spanning from project financing, M&A, project development, project contracts to legal due diligence exercise on the full set of energy and infrastructure assets in Italy and abroad.
