Come Expert Finanza Strutturata farai parte della direzione Chief Transition & Financial Officer che si occupa di gestire l’elaborazione e l’implementazione della strategia economica e finanziaria di Eni, nonché delle due società Plenitude ed Enilive legate alla transizione energetica. La risorsa, nell’ambito del suo team, sarà coinvolta nel project financing e strutturazione di operazioni finanziarie complesse. Attività principali: Svolgere analisi di fattibilità dei finanziamenti di progetti industriali e valutazione delle diverse strutture di funding attivabili Seguire la strutturazione, negoziazione e implementazione di operazioni di finanza strutturata (es: project financing, reserve based lending, pre-export financing e strumenti affini) e di strumenti ibridi Curare la strutturazione…
