About the role Working closely with our finance team, you will dive into the day to day financial operations of a fast-growing Fintech. This isn't just about data entry; you’ll be a key point of contact for our Italian and UK operations, ensuring our financial records are precise and our suppliers are happy. Key Responsibilities: AP Ownership: Act as the primary bridge between the company and our Italian and UK suppliers to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships System Management: Master our ERP (Oracle NetSuite) by recording invoices with a sharp eye for correct tax coding and General Ledger (GL) accuracy Spend Control: Manage the Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle—reconciling invoices against orders and collaborating with departments across the firm to resolve any discrepancies…
