The Global Packaging R&D Engineer is responsible for the development, optimization, and industrialization of innovative, compliant, and sustainable packaging solutions across global markets. Key Responsibilities and Activities: Design, develop, and qualify primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging solutions. Lead packaging innovation projects aligned with brand, sustainability, and consumer needs. Translate marketing, technical, and supply requirements into robust packaging specifications. Keep up to date with technological innovations and develop new packaging innovations that unlock new areas of opportunity for Campari Group. Support pilot trials, line trials, and global roll-outs from concept to mass production.…
