Rappresentare il primo contatto del cliente in caso di problematiche di qualità o necessità di supporto; Ricevere i reclami dai clienti, gestire l’introduzione di azioni di contenimento e correttive, collaborando con le altre funzioni di stabilimento e condividendo i report 8D con i clienti; Collaborare con il Failure Analyst nell’analisi dei prodotti non conformi resi dai clienti; Supportare le funzioni di Quality Assurance per l’analisi di problematiche segnalate dal mercato; Gestire e monitorare i portali cliente, collaborando con il proprio responsabile per la gestione dei KPI interni.
