LEAN SPECIALIST ENGINEER La risorsa inserita sarà il riferimento operativo per la diffusione della cultura Lean in azienda. Lavorerà in stretta collaborazione con Produzione, Qualità, Pianificazione e IT per identificare sprechi, ridurre i tempi di attraversamento e migliorare l’efficienza delle macchine. La posizione riporta all’Operations Manager. Il Ruolo è così strutturato e comporta le seguenti mansioni: ▪ Miglioramento continuo — gestione di progetti di ottimizzazione produttiva (Kaizen, eventi 5S, SMED, VSM) dalla diagnosi all'industrializzazione della soluzione. ▪ Analisi dati — estrazione e analisi di dati da ERP aziendale; costruzione di KPI, dashboard e report periodici per Operations (OEE, lead time, scarto, saturazione, livello di servizio).…
