Your mission Ciao a tutti e benvenuti nel team Sungrow Italia! Being Field Service Engineer (FSE) in Viterbo (Lazio) is an exciting task since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what do not hesitate to directly speak with them as if they would setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these are your most important tasks: Take ownership of dispatched customer issues. Support resources dispatched onsite by RFM during commissioning and on site services. Support the RFM/PjM during commissioning and site acceptance services. Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers. Perform all on site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities.…
