You know what do not hesitate to directly speak with them as if they would setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these are your most important tasks: Take ownership of dispatched customer issues. Support resources dispatched onsite by RFM during commissioning and on site services. Support the RFM/PjM during commissioning and site acceptance services.
