For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Pioltello, Milan a dynamic and motivated Mechanical R&D Engineer. Main taks: Design and construction of electrical system/products and project-based solutions. Perform finite element analyses (tension/stress, fatigue, hardware analysis, welding, aging frequency/vibration) to aid and optimize design and validation of new products, focusing on modeling welded/bolted/riveted joints, fatigue, proof stresses, and safety factors according to railway norms and best practices. Provide technology innovations and high product reliability. Keep design database updated in order to trace and produce right apparatuses. Keep high level of technology in mechanical & electrical products. Validate all mechanical & electrical design of dedicated group.
