Your mission Ciao a tutti! Welcome to our Service team in Italy. As our Service Engineer Intern, you’ll support real ESS and PV projects end-to-end and learn fast alongside experienced colleagues. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in: Support remote technical troubleshooting for field engineers and partners to help resolve real project issues. Assist with commissioning activities and workshop testing to build hands-on understanding of systems and equipment. Help manage and follow up support tickets to learn structured issue tracking and resolution. Contribute to technical issue analysis and rework cases to support continuous improvement of products and processes. Create and improve technical documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.…
