Rappresentare il cliente all'interno di Motrol e rappresentare Motrol nei confronti del cliente per tutti gli aspetti relativi alla qualità di prodotto e di processo. Garantire un'efficace gestione delle problematiche qualitative, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di Customer Satisfaction e il miglioramento continuo delle performance qualitative aziendali. REQUISITI RICHIESTI: Diploma tecnico o laurea in Ingegneria. Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ambito Qualità Automotive. Conoscenza di IATF 16949 e dei Core Tools Automotive (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA). Esperienza nella gestione di reclami cliente e problem solving (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa). Capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico e conoscenza GD&T. Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese parlata e scritta.…
