🎯 Scopo del ruolo Garantire il rispetto degli standard qualitativi di prodotto e processo, supportando le attività di miglioramento continuo, analisi delle non conformità e riduzione dei costi della non qualità, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di qualità, efficienza e soddisfazione del cliente. 🚀 Principali attività ✅ Gestire ed analizzare le non conformità interne ed esterne. ✅ Supportare le attività di Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D). ✅ Definire e monitorare le azioni correttive e preventive. ✅ Collaborare con Produzione, Tecnologia, Manutenzione e HSE per il miglioramento continuo. ✅ Monitorerai KPI di qualità: COPQ Claim NCR e scarti di processo ✅ Supportare le attività di audit interni, clienti ed enti certificatori.…
