MNGM, a diretto riporto del Capo Disciplina Capability MNGM, stiamo ricercando un/a Engineering Resourcing Capability Manager per la sede di Torino Il/la candidato/a gestirà direttamente la verifica dei requisiti di Demand del Consorzio GCAP (e altri), e, sulla base delle attività richieste per le WBS e del relativo demand esplicitato, curerà la corretta allocazione delle risorse dopo averle identificate in coordinamento con i responsabili di funzione dell’Ingegneria ed in collaborazione con il Chief Engineering di programma. Consultare i sistemi aziendali e analizzare i dati disponibili per avere sempre sotto controllo la disponibilità delle risorse di Ingegneria e pianificare i loro inserimenti…
