Your Role The intern supports the deployement of Production System, Kuehne+Nagel's continuous improvement program, at our warehousing operation for an automotive customer. Focus is the preparation of operational excellence standards and participation in continuous improvement and sustainability projects with the aim to build a Continuous Improvement culture. Main responsibilities Support the deployment of Operational Excellence Standards and lean methodology on site (5S, Visual Management, Continuous Improvement Boards, Stand-up meetings following SQCDEP methodology…) Participate to continuous improvement projects to improve KPI / Productivity Support sustainability projects, i.e.: reduce plastic in operations Follow and validate Cycle Time measurements of key processes Work together with…
