1 giovane studente / studentessa da inserire in stage con l’obiettivo di sviluppare la propria tesi di laurea sul tema Smart Logistics & Material Flow Optimization sui seguenti argomenti: · Analizzare, riprogettare e prototipare un sistema data-driven per la gestione dei flussi fisici e informativi dei materiali all'interno del sito, dalla presa in carico alla movimentazione tra magazzini, incoming, aree produttive, controllo qualità e spedizione; · Partendo dalla mappatura dello stato AS-IS, analizzare criticamente movimentazioni, distanze, frequenze e tempi, identificando sprechi e percorsi critici; · Finalizzare ipotesi dello stato TO-BE; · Studiare soluzioni applicabili quali applicazione di sistemi milk-run, supermarket, Kanban/e-Kanban o movimentazione on-demand, dove applicabili; ·…
