Overview We are looking for an engaged and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join the Data Platform & AI Team at our HQ in Milan. Your Impact The Data Scientist will enhance the understanding and relationship with customers through analyses and models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and CRM data, generating actionable insights for campaigns, loyalty, and omnichannel strategies. In particular, the resource will be responsible for: Design and execute descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses on CRM data: segmentation, churn, propensity-to-buy, CLV, and campaign optimization. Prepare analytical datasets in BigQuery and Python notebooks for modeling and A/B testing. Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders (Power BI) with aligned KPI definitions.…
