As a Business Analyst at Capco, you will work with leading banking clients on Core Banking transformation and evolution initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors within complex project environments. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements, producing structured functional documentation, supporting IT solution design, and contributing to system implementation, migration, and enhancement initiatives across Core Banking platforms. As part of the consulting team, the Business Analyst will: Gather and analyze business and functional requirements related to Core Banking systems and general banking processes.
