DIGITAL TOOLS & DATA MANAGEMENT Support the daily management of On Premise digital tools and databases, contributing to data uploads, maintenance, quality checks and system updates, while gaining an understanding of the importance of data quality in business decision-making. Contribute to the operational administration of digital platforms and reporting tools, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting system improvements, enhancements and post-implementation activities. Support IT-related activities, coordinating issue reporting, follow-up and user testing to help ensure an effective user experience.
