General Description of the Role The M&A Analyst is part of the M&A team and reports to the M&A Director. Mission/Objectives The mission of the role is to support the execution of the Group's M&A agenda by assisting in the evaluation, structuring and execution of acquisitions, disposals and strategic partnerships. The role further contributes to the assessment of new business opportunities and joint ventures at a global level. Key Responsibilities & Activities Provide relevant support to the M&A team in the context of Mergers & Acquisitions operations: Contribute to the execution of acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, joint ventures and other strategic projects from initial assessment through signing and closing.…
