As an HR Analyst, you will support the HR team by transforming people data into meaningful insights that help drive business decisions. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development teams, contributing to the activities related to workforce planning, digital platform updates, reporting, and people analytics. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to several operational HR processes, systems and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support business and people-related decisions.
