1 giovane studente / studentessa da inserire in stage con l’obiettivo di sviluppare la propria tesi di laurea sul tema Data-driven Process Optimization & Planning sui seguenti argomenti: · Sviluppare un modello quantitativo per ottimizzare pianificazione, priorità e avanzamento delle attività di Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), riducendo WIP, tempi di attraversamento e attese; · Partendo dalla mappatura dello stato AS-IS, finalizzare Analisi Value Added / Non Value Added e identificazione dei principali colli di bottiglia; Definire KPI per la misurazione e il monitoraggio delle performance di processo ( lead time, queue time, WIP, throughput, rispetto delle priorità, ecc.), finalizzati al miglioramento del livello di servizio; Analizzare i dati storici disponibili e sviluppare modelli…
