Ali Professional sta cercando per azienda cliente, leader mondiale nel settore del trattamento delle acque primarie, un Planner che lavorerà presso la sede di Bologna. • Progettare e gestire i percorsi giornalieri per gli autisti, garantendo la tempestiva consegna al cliente • Supportare le criticità giornaliere in collaborazione con i Team Leader della logistica, contribuendo alla gestione efficiente delle risorse sul campo • Collaborare con il reparto Customer care per la gestione dei reclami e supporto nella risposta al cliente • Contribuire all'elaborazione di report periodici sulle performance e KPIs di settore
