Cerchiamo una figura di Account Manager responsabile della gestione, fidelizzazione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti. L’obiettivo principale è massimizzare il valore che ogni cliente trae dalla piattaforma, promuovendo attività di upselling, cross-selling e rinnovi contrattuali, contribuendo direttamente alla crescita del Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR). La risorsa riporterà al Team Lead e sarà pienamente coinvolta in tutte le attività del dipartimento e nelle collaborazioni cross-funzionali.…
