We are looking for a reliable and organized Customer Service Administrator a warehouse & incoming logistics technician to support our repair and production activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming equipment, registering product information, managing labelling activities, preparing outgoing shipments, and maintaining an orderly warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Receive devices and equipment from customers and carriers. Identify products and record serial numbers and other relevant data in company systems. Create, print, and apply product and shipment labels. Open and inspect incoming packages. Prepare, pack, and dispatch outgoing shipments. Create and manage service tickets. Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy and material traceability.…
