We are looking for a Customer Service Intern. Job purpose The candidate will support the management of the Order to Cash process, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency. She/He will be responsible for a positive customer experience by providing them with regular updates and clarifications. She/he will ensure that inquiries are resolved providing assistance in any necessary escalation. Main responsibiltiies Support the management of the Order to Cash (OTC) process on assigned geographies, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency. Apply Incoterms according to customer and country requirements, ensuring shipping feasibility. Follow logistics execution in coordination with internal teams, ensuring on-time delivery performance.…
