As an Integration & Support Intern at Scalapay, you will play a crucial role in supporting the integration and onboarding of our merchant partners, ensuring smooth processes that comply with our high standards as a regulated payment institution. Collaborating closely with the Sales, Tech, and Operations teams, you will gain valuable experience in the Dynamic World of BNPL. Key Responsibilities Work with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of payment systems on merchant platforms and instore. Provide operational assistance pre- and post-integration, addressing queries and resolving issues as needed. Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and suggest improvements to optimize processes. Analysis and monitoring of KPI, orders flow and level of service.…
