We are looking for the next season 2027, a Chef de Partie to join our Villa Beatrice team. Become part of a caring team of professionals striving for excellence. Main Duties & Responsabilities: Meal preparation: cooking and preparing food for each service; Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchen; Controls incoming goods and stores them in perfect conditions; Monitors portion and waste control; Performs all duties assigned by the Sous Chef; Coordinate and monitor a Demi or Commis de partie assigned to him/her
