Il nostro team Lavoriamo a fianco di: fondi di investimento (private equity, private debt, credito distressed), credit servicer e piattaforme specializzate, banche e istituzioni finanziarie, gruppi industriali e imprenditori, su operazioni straordinarie, piani industriali e di trasformazione, operazioni di ristrutturazione e rilancio, anche in contesti complessi o di crisi.…
