ALIPROFESSIONAL – Divisione D&I ricerca un/a Addetto/a Back Office HR appartenente alle Categorie Protette L.68/99, da inserire con un contratto part time di 21 ore settimanali all’interno del team. La risorsa supporterà il team nelle attività di back office HR, recruiting e prima fase di selezione. Nello specifico: Pubblicazione e gestione degli annunci di lavoro; gestione della pagina LinkedIn Recruiter; ricerca e individuazione dei candidati; colloqui telefonici di prima selezione; primo screening dei CV; aggiornamento e gestione del database candidati; supporto alle attività quotidiane di recruiting.
