La risorsa si occuperà del mantenimento delle relazioni/portafoglio clienti esistenti con responsabilità della fidelizzazione dei clienti e dello sviluppo di nuove attività. Gestirà e svilupperà le relazioni con i clienti e WTW, oltre a fornire assistenza e far crescere il portafoglio all'interno della Business Unit di riferimento. Il ruolo avrà anche la responsabilità del targeting e della conversione dei potenziali clienti: gli interessi dei clienti e l'integrità del mercato saranno al centro del modo in cui si fa affari.
