We are looking for a Cost Controller to join our team at Portofino. The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling the hotel's operating costs, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and providing analysis to support strategic business decisions. This professional figure works closely with various departments to identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost reduction. Main Duties & Responsabilities - Cost Monitoring and Control: Daily monitoring of hotel operating costs, including Food & Beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments. Verifying the correct allocation of costs to the appropriate cost centers and operating system locations. Identifying and analyzing significant variations from budget and cost standards, providing supporting reports.…
