La risorsa lavorerà all'interno dell'unità di produzione componenti e in particolare nel reparto di Controllo Numerico e il suo principale obiettivo sarà quello di assicurare i volumi pianificati attraverso la propria produzione e quella del gruppo assegnato, nel rispetto degli obiettivi in termini di sicurezza, performance e qualità, svolgendo il ruolo di responsabile gerarchico di un gruppo di circa 10-15 operatori.
