The Reporting Controller plays a key role within the Controlling department, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful business reporting to support management decision-making. The position is responsible for the preparation and analysis of headcount, personnel-related KPIs, revenue and profitability reporting, as well as the development and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards. Working in a dynamic and international environment, this role combines strong analytical capabilities, digital skills, and business acumen, requiring close collaboration with HR, Controlling, Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT teams.
