Operate robotic MIG welding cells to produce welded components in accordance with engineering specifications. Set up and adjust robotic welding programs and welding parameters for different products and materials. Load and unload components into robotic welding fixtures. Monitor welding operations to ensure consistent weld quality and production efficiency. Inspect welded components for dimensional accuracy and weld quality using measuring equipment and visual inspection techniques. Carry out minor programming adjustments, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance on robotic welding equipment. Report equipment faults and coordinate with maintenance personnel when required. Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and production documentation.…
