Develop and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to align Oracle ERP or HCM programs with business and ERP or HR strategies through executive-level discussions. Lead cross-functional teams in securing and delivering Oracle ERP or HCM projects, overseeing the full program lifecycle from estimating, scoping, solution design and proposal development to implementation, change management, and post-go-live support ( hypercare ). Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, maintain high work standards, and apply firm methodologies and technologies for project success.
