Organizational Context and Scope Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) and in close coordination with Heads of Units, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Dublin, the Senior Programme Support Associate will be responsible and accountable for supporting the planning, development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of IOM programmes in Ireland. The role will contribute to programme development, donor engagement, policy analysis, resource mobilisation, partnership-building, and compliance with IOM and donor requirements.
