About this job
To lead and direct a team of Security Officers in line with the site Assignment Instructions. Responsible for rostering staff and ensuring that the site is fully staffed at all times by liaising closely with the Branch Manager and Operations Manager. To assist with the recruitment of Security Officers as directed by the Branch Manager. Responsible for completing timely reporting as directed by the Branch Manager. To provide a first point of contact for all visitors, contractors and staff to the site. Provide guidance and help to all visitors, contractors and staff to the site. To maintain the security of the staff, premises and perimeter. To use CCTV for monitoring (where applicable). To provide reports and make recommendations following any incidents.…
