PSOC - Security Operations Centre

About this job

Supports 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7) security operations center with shift rotation position(s). Monitors physical security operations at designated sites which includes but is not limited to remote sites within a geographical area. Monitors cameras and access control systems covering data halls and entry/exit doors, and dispatches appropriate personnel, as necessary. Utilises excellent communications skills. Maintains accurate logs and records. Maintains documentation and follows standardized procedures to successfully complete unannounced audits. Identifies and escalates issues in accordance with documented policies and procedures. Briefs oncoming PSOC – Monitor on incidents taking place during his/her shift and incidents that are continuing into the oncoming shift.…
