ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Ensure all team members are fluent with policies and procedures and that these are followed. • Manage team member’s performance incl. absence monitoring, ensure team members are suitably attired for duties (i.e., uniform). • Ensure all team members have received appropriate and comprehensive training, address, and plan training needs. • Ensure all team members has necessary tools, equipment, and information to effectively perform their work. • Delegate tasks and ensure all team members comply with given instructions to fully and satisfactorily complete all of the tasks. • Ensure all incidents are responded to and reported. • Ensure that all equipment is managed, used, monitored, and reported defective in line with policies / procedures.…
