Lead SMB & Channel Sales Program Manager

Pinterest is looking for a Lead SMB Program Manager to help shape and scale how our Europe SMB Sales organization operates. In this role, you will translate business priorities into scalable programs, sales processes, systems, workflows, and operating mechanisms. You will lead initiatives from problem definition and prioritization through design, implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is action-oriented, curious, and comfortable moving between strategic problem-solving and hands-on execution. You will collaborate across internal teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to improve operational efficiency, enhance seller productivity, and scale successful initiatives across Europe and beyond.…
