Lead Salesforce Technical Consultant A consultative technical lead. You'll sit with the client, shape the solution, and then build it. Flow-first, Apex when it counts. What you'll do Consult and shape. Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions. Get to the requirement behind the request. Present solution options, make recommendations, and act as a trusted advisor on platform capability and approach. Design the solution. Own end-to-end architecture across the platform — data model, automation, security, integrations — and produce the documentation that goes with it: user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, data models and technical design specs. Make the technical calls, including when Flow is right and when Apex is. Stay hands-on.…
