· Prepare work by reviewing assembly instructions (MPI), blueprints, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs). · Verify and gather required parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials before assembly. · Unpack chassis and components and prepare them for production. · Assemble systems and subassemblies by ensuring proper fit and securing components according to work instructions. · Scan component serial numbers into the manufacturing execution system (MES) for tracking and traceability. · Complete required production and quality documentation accurately and timely. · Prepare accessories, apply labels, and perform visual inspections of completed systems prior to packaging. · Package finished products according to BOM and shipping requirements.…
