Responsible for Coordinating with Tooling on all required Incoming & outgoing shipment needs. Request quotations for all outgoing shipments & create purchase requisitions for approval Responsible for creation of accurate delivery notes / commercial invoices & liaising with selected carriers to ensure accurate & on time deliveries. Expediting deliveries & updating internal departments Accurate checking of delivered materials & receipting of all deliveries on CMS. Oversee consumable stores- setting min / max levels & re stock via purchase requisition as needed Loading / Unloading transports in compliance with all H&S requirements Movement of all deliveries from stores area to point of use, as needed.…
