Requirements: 5 years of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician Fully qualified electrician Desirable: MV, LV, LSS, HVAC Computer literacy – Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook in particular Fantastic work life balance with a 7.30am start and a 4pm finish time Mon-Fri. This role is based in the Dublin Tunnel and duties will include but are not limited to: Maintenance of predominately Electrical and Mechanical Systems. Manage records and documentation of all maintenance activities in Maintenance Management System. Ensure day to day preventive and corrective maintenance work orders are completed in a timely and cost effective manner. Attendance of scheduled & other tunnel closures. Liaising with contractors. Assist in the implementation of equipment and system upgrade projects (CAPEX).…
