To apply plaster, render, and related finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Essential Skills and Qualifications • Experience in plastering, rendering, skimming, and patch repairs. • Ability to prepare surfaces before plaster application. • Knowledge of plastering materials, tools, and techniques. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. • Understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites. • Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required. • Strong time-management and teamwork skills.
